Co-op Connections – Building an Online Co-op Community

The Manitoba Cooperative Association is thrilled to be launching our Co-op Connections Zoom Series.  These lunch-hour sessions are being designed so that we can learn about what is going on in the cooperative community and to give participants the opportunity to share and learn from one another.

Our first session will be held on Tuesday, June 4 from noon – 1pm.  We will be in conversation with Daniel Brunette, Senior Director at Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada and Carinna Rosales, Vice-Chair of the Manitoba Cooperative Association as we will explore the state of the cooperative ecosystem in Canada and Manitoba.  After we hear from Daniel and Carinna we want to have a conversation with you. We will provide an opportunity for you to share what is working and where there are gaps in the Manitoba cooperative ecosystem. Are there things we could be doing better to support the cooperative community? How can we work together to grow and strengthen the Manitoba cooperative ecosytem?

Registration is limited for this free event, so please register early to avoid disappointment, and follow our social media channels @ManitobaCoop for future Co-op Connections zoom events.
